Conditions

1. All new membership applicants will be granted the status of Provisional membership whilst awaiting the decision of the Board for election as a Social member of the Club.
2. All new membership applicants will automatically be enrolled in the Club’s Member Loyalty Program. Members can Opt – Out of the program by contacting Reception on (02) 8752 2000 or by email; marketing@westsashfield.com.au
3. Should a person who is admitted as a Provisional member not be elected to Social membership of the Club, for any reason, within 6 weeks from the date of application, the person shall cease to be a member of the Club and all fees paid will be refunded to the applicant. The Board will notify any unsuccessful applicants in writing. Any unredeemed Wests Member Loyalty Points for unsuccessful applicants will be forfeited.
4. Unredeemed points accumulated as a result of activity through Wests Member Loyalty Rewards as outlined in the program will be forfeited on the close of trade October 31 each year. Members are encouraged to redeem their points any time prior to this date annually.
5. Application for General membership is only available to Social members who have held membership with the Club for a continuous period of, no less than 3 years. General membership is subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
6. All Provisional members must assume the consequences of entering into Club premises where smoking is permitted.
7. In applying for this membership you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions as set out in the Constitution of Wests Ashfield.
