THE JUNIOR MAGPIE AWARD

  • Awarded for Outstanding Sporting Achievement during the period of March 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026
  • Applicants must be under 18 years of age during the period of March 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026

THE SENIOR MAGPIE TEAM AWARD

  • Awarded to a sporting team whose members were aged 18 years or over at the time of their demonstrated achievement(s).
  • Nominated teams must have competed in open age competition between 1 March, 2025 – 30 April, 2026
  • Nominated teams must demonstrate that significant sporting achievement was made between March 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026

THE JUNIOR MAGPIE TEAM AWARD

  • Awarded to sporting teams that competed in an Under 18 competition during the period 1 March 2025 to 30 April 2026.
  • Nominated teams must demonstrate that significant sporting achievement was made between March 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026

THE MAGPIE VOLUNTEER AWARD

  • The Magpie Volunteer Award is open to all ages

THE DIRECTORS’ ENCOURAGEMENT AWARD

  • There is no nomination process for this award
  • The Directors of Holman Barnes Group will present this award to an individual who has been nominated for either the Magpie Sports Award or the Junior Magpie Sports Award. The individual must reside in the inner west or be affiliated with a sporting organisation located within a 10km radius of the inner west. The individual must have achieved excellence, representative selection or notable recognition between 1 March 2025 and 30 April 2026.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The Nominee(s) or Team(s) must reside in the inner west or be affiliated with a sporting organisation located within a 10km radius of the inner west. The nominee(s) must have achieved excellence, representative selection or notable recognition between 1 March 2025 and 30 April 2026. Nominations must include a high-resolution club logo and a minimum of two photos of the nominee. Additional media or short video footage (30–60 seconds) may also be requested.
