Our Community Involvement
HB Group continues our organisation commitment to corporate social responsibility with the goal to make a positive impact on the local community.
Through ClubGRANTS, we contribute to projects which involve the local community, improving the living standards of low income and disadvantaged people.
This process is administered by a local committee, the Club’s local council and invited experts who provide advice on the broader social needs of the area. HB Group is geared to community development by also sponsoring and allocating expenditure to grassroot sports.
Throughout the year HB Group actively contributes to organisations in need of support, providing community funding over and beyond our regulatory obligations.
The Board of Directors, management and staff are committed to ensuring that the Club secures community partnership opportunities, supporting projects which have a direct link to the identified priority areas of need such as social inclusion and cohesion, health, sport, education, employment, aged care, disability, disaster relief and environmental sustainability.
We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for our workforce, members and the broader community.
