Community

Profit for Purpose

Every success is reinvested back into the people, places and communities that make Holman Barnes Group what it is. In 2025, we proudly donated over $3 million to sporting and community organisations.

How we give back

Three pillars of community investment

We reinvest our profits into our members, facilities and community. That is not a policy. It is a belief we have held since the day we opened in 1955, and it is the reason everything else exists.

ClubGRANTS

ClubGRANTS is one of Australia’s largest grant programmes, distributing more than $100 million annually to causes across NSW. Holman Barnes Group participates through the Inner West Council ClubGRANTS Committee. Every year we give back more than we are required to, because that is who we are.
